I'm a firm believer in the concept of 'servant leadership'. I believe it's important for a leader to serve their team, to help them grow, and to learn from them on a daily basis.
My experience
I have over 15 years in the information technology space, starting in computer software technical support and am now in software quality assurance. Additionally, I have a BS in Business Administration with a focus in High Technology Management and an MBA. I have progressively gained more responsibility and continue to grow in my role. My passion is for IT, which is why my business card describes me as an "Info Technology Concierge". I strongly believe that technology, when properly implemented, can make peoples' lives better and more fulfilling.
